Halo Restorations performed a roof replacement on my home in early July of this year, 2015.

The crew arrived at 7:15 AM and were a joy to watch in their efficiency each worker going about their assignment. The job consisting of 39 squares was finished in one day even though it included tearing off the old roof, replacing decking that had box vents then installing continuous ridge vent bringing up to current code. Attention was paid to all the proper tasks including water/ice flashing in the valleys, synthetic felt installation, shingle alignment, and the clean up. Tarps were strategically placed to catch shingles, felt and nails allowing easier clean up. At the end of the job three crew members went methodically through the yard in sweeps with wide magnets picking up all nails from the tear off.

I had searched the internet for reviews of local roof companies before selecting several to contact and obtain quotes from. Of the companies that quoted I found Halo’s sales/project management Representative Michael Phyfe to be the most prompt and thorough responding to my questions and returning a quote. I selected Halo Restorations and Michael continued a high level of customer service and project management throughout the entire process until the project was closed out.

More could be said but in summary Michael Phyfe and the roofing crew impressed me which is kind of hard to do after my 24 years of commercial property management experience with all trades and crafts. I would definitely use Halo Restorations on another project as Michael and the crew met all my expectations.

Brandon Came to us and discussed the roof replacement with us. He actually took care of everything, even our insurance company. This was a blessing! He is so professional. After Brandon met with the insurance adjuster at our home, Tim came over with numbers and helped us choose a roof color and company and a date to do the install.
